By accessing the website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, or purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications, pricing, and availability.
Product appearance, materials, components, software, firmware, dimensions, packaging, or specifications may change due to product improvements or manufacturing updates.
2. Display Selection & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that products are suitable for the intended application.

- Viewing distance
- Indoor or outdoor use
- Power requirements
- Signal interfaces
- Control systems
- Software compatibility

3. Installation
Customers should inspect and test products before permanent installation or structural modification.
Professional installation should be used where appropriate.
We are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect power connection, incompatible components, incorrect configuration, unauthorized modification, or misuse.
4. Software & Control Systems
Certain display products may depend on controllers, media players, software, operating systems, networks, cloud services, or other third-party systems.
Functionality may depend on software version, hardware configuration, network environment, and third-party support.
5. Customized Products
Customers must confirm specifications, dimensions, configuration, quantity, appearance, interface, control system, installation conditions, and other requirements before customized production begins.
Customized products may be subject to different cancellation, return, production, and acceptance terms.
6. Payment & Commercial Documents
Online payments may be processed through Shopify, PayPal, card processors, banks, or other available payment methods.
For international B2B, wholesale, customized, and project transactions, HUAKE LIMITED, Hong Kong, may act as the primary invoicing, payment collection, refund processing, and international trade entity.
Shenzhen Huake Smart Technology Co., Ltd. may appear jointly on transaction documents as the operating, technical, supply, manufacturing-support, or project-support entity.
7. Shipping
Eligible orders of USD 599 or more may qualify for free standard shipping, subject to exclusions.
Oversized, heavy, customized, project-specific, special-destination, or specially designated products may be excluded.
8. Returns
Most eligible standard products may be returned within 60 days after delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
9. B2B & Project Transactions
Quotations, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, purchase orders, contracts, drawings, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, Incoterms, and other written transaction documents may establish specific terms for a transaction.
Those specific written terms will take precedence where they differ from these general Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Shenzhen Huake Smart Technology Co., Ltd. or applicable rights holders.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, third-party systems, improper installation, incompatible components, incorrect configuration, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing for a specific transaction, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China.
Specific international B2B or project transactions may specify different governing law, jurisdiction, Incoterms, or dispute-resolution terms.
