Shipping policy

LEDSignHub provides international shipping for standard ecommerce orders, wholesale orders, and customized display projects.

1. Free Shipping

Eligible orders of USD 599 or more may qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping is subject to product type, shipment size, weight, destination, and logistics conditions.

The following may be excluded:

  • Oversized displays
  • Heavy products
  • Customized displays
  • Project-specific products
  • Specially procured products
  • Products requiring wooden cases or palletized freight
  • Remote or special destinations
  • Products specifically marked as excluded

2. Shipping Methods

Depending on the order, we may use:

  • Express courier
  • Standard international shipping
  • Air freight
  • Sea freight
  • Truck or regional freight
  • Customer-appointed freight forwarders

3. Processing Time

In-stock standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Customized, project-specific, configured, or specially procured products may require additional production or preparation time.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Express: approximately 3–10 business days after shipment
  • Standard international shipping: approximately 7–20 business days
  • Air freight: according to route and shipment
  • Sea freight: according to route, port, and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

5. Large & Fragile Displays

LED displays may require reinforced cartons, wooden cases, pallets, or special freight handling.

Large or fragile products may therefore require a separate shipping quotation even when the order value exceeds USD 599.

6. Customs & Taxes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, destination-country import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect large or fragile shipments promptly.

If visible damage is found, retain all packaging and provide photos or videos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected product.

8. B2B & Project Shipping

Project transactions may use separately agreed freight charges, Incoterms, packaging standards, shipping methods, insurance arrangements, or customer-appointed forwarders.

Specific written shipping terms will take precedence for those transactions.

9. Commercial Entity

For international B2B, wholesale, customized, and project transactions, HUAKE LIMITED, Hong Kong, may act as the primary invoicing, payment collection, refund processing, and international trade entity.

Shenzhen Huake Smart Technology Co., Ltd. may appear jointly as the operating, supply, technical, or project-support entity.

10. Returns

Most eligible standard products may be returned within 60 days after delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
